Ok so things are not the best right now. Stuck at home, worried about our friends and families, worried about our jobs, and just generally worried about how we are all going to get through this. Us too! But if we believe in anything at Nica Life, its these two things:
1) A positive attitude and a well-being plan makes all the difference
and
2) We are a community, we are stronger together, and we all need to help each other as much as possible!
Internally, we are committed to no layoffs, and making sure everyone that works for us has what they need. We've got each other's backs. And we realize- we can do that because of you! Because of your support. So we want you all to know- we've got YOUR back. Our team has been brainstorming what we can do to help all of you that support us. And we are open to more ideas! Please tell us what you need from us.
But in the mean time- we have a plan! As a team, we spend a lot of time talking about and working on mental well-being, self care, deep breathing, and stress management. So we're thinking- this is a skill that we have. We are a team of survivors, we survived crisis in 2018. So let us share the skills we learned with you! We are going to be rolling out ideas and supporting materials so that you can keep your spirits up. We thought we would start with a fun one. Hence- our bracelet making project! (hey, another skill!) :) So gather your friends or family you are holed up with and join us for a fun project. Be sure to tag us in your pictures- we'd love to see them.

We would also like to know- do you need help getting the materials for this project? Should we offer kits for sale on the website? We are a team of crafters, so we have these supplies around, but if don't, aren't leaving the house, and you need help with that, we would absolutely ship materials so you can do this project.
