Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you don't, for any reason, we are happy to accept returns of new undamaged product within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, email nicalifejewelry@gmail.com for a return authorization. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Items marked final sale cannot be returned, Education Angels items cannot be returned, and free gifts with purchase cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you choose to use our return label, $2 will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company and/or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at nicalifejewelry@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged at no cost. If you need to exchange something, send us an email at nicalifejewelry@gmail.com and send your item to: 3040 Peachtree Road NW #1112 Atlanta Georgia US 30305. If you would like to exchange undamaged items we are happy to do so, but shipping charges may apply.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3040 Peachtree Road NW #1112 Atlanta Georgia US 30305

Please email us at nicalifejewelry@gmail.com for a $2 return label. Once your item is received, we will refund your purchase minus the $2 return label.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you buy your own shipping label, and are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
